That could work but I would have to configure a 6 - 12 pole displays at each of 20 stores and add 20 licenses. Brian gave me an alternative that might work for your application as well and doesn't require a remote full comet license.
Like directory aliases, Comet also has printer aliases in the form of $( Printer = LT5, W, N, , #$(Accounting),,; [Printer Names] That appears to be a great solution.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
Printer = LT6, W, N, , #$(Accounting):RAW,,;
Printer = LT7, W, N, , #$(Bar),,;
These names are maintained by COSW (Printer Aliases) and are stored in COSW.INI as follows:
Accounting=HP LaserJet 4
Bar=Generic File
