CometAnywhere disconnecting...>

End-User Coraggio Textiles in Seattle is reporting CometAnywhere sessions at their showrooms disconnecting. It's been happening for at a minimum of a few months and could be longer as it may take a while for the exasperation to build up and for them to report to Seattle. Symptoms all seem similar - they'll be working during the day on Item Inquiries & Order Status, with time away from the computer to show fabrics to designers & decorators, and the screen will stop responding. After half a minute or so they'll get a message that the host has disconnected. I did an upgrade to current versions of C2K8 and CometServer products on Friday morning with instructions to let me know if disconnects still occur. Friday afternoon the NY showroom had a disconnect with identical symptoms.
Server is somewhat old - Win2000 server 5.00 SP4 with 1GB RAM.
CSrv32 8.03, C2K8 393. I'm going to start up the C/A host tomorrow AM with the /LOG switch to see if that tells me anything. They have been running 24 remote users, recently bumped up to 29. Any thoughts? I'm thinking of moving C/A host to a different machine to see if the problem persists. Tom.
