cosm32 ??

G'day ( for th e3rd time)

Does anyone know how to get Cosm32 running ? and if you are running it how do you know ?
I am sure I followed the instructions but I can't see any changes.
Does anyone in New York know how to do this ? if so can I call in on the 14th or 15th of October and get you to show me what I am doing wrong.
