I see some sort of problem with using the 1 flag although I do not get the same behavior as you. I get results of 3 and 3.
Since we are only comparing the 2 files, I reversed the source and destination params in the copyfile call and instead of specifying 1 + 64 + 256, I specified flags of 64 + 256 + 512. That seemed to work. I get a 21 and 0.
Note: in our own code we never use the compare option, we mainly synchronize the files since if the files were out of date we want to actually do the copy.
I short, I see problems with that 1 flag and will further look at the Comet source code supporting the copyfile mnemonic.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
