Server Install error...>

Installing a new server at an end-user. IT guy said new USB plug is on the box ( called back to verify, left voicemail ). Install program has been run & server restarted. When I try to start the services I get a Comet Security Server dialog box with the following message: CreatePipe failed: 231. What does this message mean? Latest versions of CSrv32 products and Windows 2003 server box.
