Hi Tom. The error 231 indicates that the pipe is already in use. That means that the program has already been started. You should not need to start the services after installation - they start automatically. The difference is that the latest versions do not have a UI. You should have shortcuts in your startup menu forder for SecSrvUI.exe and FileSrvUI.exe which will display the somewhat familiar UI's. If they're not present there may be a problem with the installer. Look for them in your Comet Services folder and add them manually to your startup menu folder.
