Windoze Printing

I am printing cards using the Windows printing. Setup is 2x3 cards in Landscape mode.

What I cannot figure out, is how to print one line on a different orientation. I need to stick a line in the left margin that goes top-to-bottom.

Tried lfOrientation$ the WDL, DLGs and all say not much about this, the Micro$oft site claims it is orientation expressed on 10th of degrees... Tried with 900 which should be 90 degrees - no go. Is this suppose to work or not ?

Tried (TextOut) AND (DrawText).
