UltraEdit tech answered very quickly to my quesry. Tried several of their suggestions and they even sent version 9.2.

No luck.

IBInstall for Ver 14 on Vista doesn't create the command lines properly. Once fixed, all but the project buttons work. I can build my two toolbars using their new toolbar utility.

Ver 9 and IBInstall install fine and all the Comet tools work. But, Ver 9's toolbar function doesn't work. I have to run the Comet tools via the Advanced menu and select the tool.
