Running Comet just once as an Administrator is a problem.

We all know that the location of the COSW.INI is in the wrong location for Windows XP & later. It was ok with Win9x.

In a secure environment aka domain, users cannot write to the "Documents and Settings\All Users" folder. Running just once as Administrator creates the COSW.INI there and prevents future users (read un-priviledged regular user) to access the Directory Aliases and Printer Aliases.

Why not create individuals' COSW.INI in their own folder?

All the REGISTRY entries for Comet is already saved in HKEY_CURRENT_USER why not the COSW.INI.

As Domain Administrator I find Comet hard to install AND secure.
