When you envelope your app using Sig's products/procedures you tend to trust future development. 1000's of programs to work with. Anything that affects me at this magnitude gets my attention, suggestions and concerns. I'm not relying on Sig to solve my client's or my problems. The App part of the equation is my job. I've never asked Sig how/where to get the Social Security Admin's year-end wage reporting info. I'm relying on Sig to back up their past OS solutions that I have already implemented. Nova, SuperNova, CTMAINT, F1 HELP, etc fall in that category. Guess what? Goes back to 504. Are you saying 504 is Windows 98 and everything has to be re-invented from scratch because Sig can't keep track of what it did 10 years ago? The 504 F1 Table lookup problem is not landing on the moon. It's simply presenting it in an up-to-date way. Instead of 504, use today's methods of GUI. Same NOVA database, same way of processing, same procedures, already implemented with clients and legacy but DIFFERENT way of presenting! That's Sig's job.
