There's probably more than one way... Using Force Transmit (FT) is one but my all-time favorite is the good old Single-Key Transmit which is '@040002@' (also barely known as (KT) in a previous Q-Life).

I use it in CED Help. Wanna see? Run CED and configure the Help to the '1-503 Help' (use Install Local 'I L' command). Now Hit F1, you get the scroll list of topics, select one, any one. You will see a Help item with a little box on the left hand side. The highlighted letters for Topic, Next, Previous and eXit are using the single key transmit. This is used along with the F-Key Transmit.
