Query: If bad guys attempt to use these ports, what? How about the unused ports? Are they LOCKED OUT? How does Sig RESERVE these ports from rest of world?? IP Addresses? Domains?? Regulation?? Population of globe is billions. Port addresses are 64K. What the F? Seems like who gets control of the port before you do wins. Here we go!!!
