Comet 2004 - running on NT - svc pack 6

I ran Comet Server Products.EXE and got the following error message -
This file does not have a program associated with it for performing this action - Create an association in My Computer by clicking View and then clicking option.
In file types I clicked on Comet Script For Windows. This did not solve this error message
