Hi Lou. What version (not service pack) of NT are you running - should be 4 or newer. Also, the error message that was reported to you should have included the actual file that was involved at the time (something other than a .EXE file). I'll need lots of details to figure this out so please write down all of the error information and include a snapshot (if you can) of the error dialogs.
