Comet Versions-I'm getting confused

Please clarify:

Comet 2008-Current build is .399
Comet 2009 (AKA Comet32?)-Current build .400

To run Comet32 you run Comet 2009 /32, correct? So is Comet 2009 a fully supported released version in .400 when you do not run the /32 switch or am I staying on 2008.399?

Also, REL/UTL releases, if I am on 2008.399 what versions of REL/UTL should I be running? Are you drawing a line in the sand on 2008 now that there is no .400 release?
