We may have installed about 40 of these now and we have three customers who call about once a week to say that their Windows 2000 or 2003 server has a message on the screen that says the plug was disconnected and it boots everyone out of Comet(harshly). One of the accounts we put a new server in place just to be the new Comet security server. Their is no message in the event viewer and we have tried different USB ports to no avail, any ideas would be helpful.
