E87 on TACCESS files

Needed to borrow the latest tax tables from a customer for some Payroll testing. Used TACCESS to copy the files via CometAnywhere to my office. Then copied them via Windows Explorer to the appropriate Comet directory with overwrites. Copied both the data and I00 portions of the files. Both files give me E87 when used.

To be sure the original files were OK, I renamed them and recopied them on the source directory. Then repeated TACCESS with the freshly built files. Same E87.
