Data is backed up to separate directories for each account. Your data is accessible only by you and the signature admins (considering we have root access to the windows server, we can get anywhere i guess). You can put anything you like in this directory, which brings me to the next point...
You can backup anything you like. Any directories you specify will be zipped up and transferred, whether they are comet directories or not. But you will only be able to ACCESS the data that is available via Comet Anywhere. This means that any non Comet programs will be unavailable during a disaster, but the data from those programs will still be there for recovery purposes, if needed.
Personally I don't know the firewall situation with the Comet Connect machine.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
