I was envisioning one screen for all prompts. The fields which would be supplied by ENTER programs could popup other dialogs or run invisibly. For example say you need to ask the user for printer name, and start and end dates. The dialog could pop up with edit controls for the 3 fields. When the user brought the focus to the start date field it could ENTER a program that pops up a modal date picker and returns the date via # buffer in the appropriate format for the report. The value would be supplied to the edit control. The printer edit could pop up a modal list box for choosing the printer, etc.
