I don't follow -

- User 1 is signed into windows and the services are running and all happy.
- User 1 clicks 'switch user' and then user 2 logs in to windows
- User 2 gets goofy 'pipe' message.

How does one fix this? Put those csecui executable shortcuts in a startup folder or something? They are already trying to start and failing?
