I notice that you have all the SERVER records commented out in your Comet.ini. I think you should put back in the server entry for the type "S" (security) server in both the SITE and NODE sections. The servers should be setup to run as a service so they are running before you attempt to start Comet. Then Comet should be able to connect to them.
