Sad, but true... I see it even more now that everyone isn't willing to pull the trigger on software updates or hardware upgrades.
"If it ain't broke, don't fix it" - still takes some of them ten times longer to do something. Time that could be made better made use of. When the competition comes in and can provide a product or server below your cost, then it's too late.
