I don't understand your comment. To surrender to the downgrade option since it's cheaper?? Stay on Win/2000 Server because it doesn't involve extra bucks for now?? Nope!! Not upgrading is not an option. It's more expensive.. Bad virus guys have already exploited Win/2000 for all it's worth, so why keep using it? Virus guys are using USB Flash. Win/2003 minimum.
