One of our end-users in LA Emailed yesterday afternoon with a QENDITOR screen shot showing their system control file Z1 missing. I have connected up and I see the following two issues:
1) Their FILES folder is missing QDIR and QDIR.I00
2) The data portion of their customer file is missing. Actually it went missing and Comet recreated the file on the next access.
All this took place around 3:00-3:30PM PST yesterday. I believe they are two separate issues. The first one I believe is from an end-user using Windows Explorer and accidentally dragging and dropping my C1A file. The QDIRs disappearing is another story. I am having them reboot the server so that I can connect with Remote Desktop. I will report versions as soon as I can connect up, though I know they are on at least C2K8 and a relatively current ( within the last year ) version of CometServe. Attached is the CFAM log from yesterday.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
