Robert, If you are running 15.2 then presumably UE is using the new Internet Basic.UEW file instaeda of the old Wordfile.
Mine is at C:\Users\PC_USER\AppData\Roaming\IDMComp\UltraEdit\wordfiles. The format of this file is different to the old wordfile formats.(it may understand botgh )
Could you send me a copy of your UEW and also the UEdit.ini, maybe there uis a clue in there somwehere.

After uninstalling, which left lots of things floating around, and reinstalling I was able to run the IBinstallfor c32, but it still didn't help.
