If you are running on vista or win7 ... you must run comet.exe as administrator ... just once to get cometlib registered with windows.
If you are not a subscriber, you are out of luck unless you purchase the com license separately.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
