Presumably, there are multiple client machines in an office setting. The connection to the internet is likely though some sort of router/firewall device using NAT, which makes the Windows firewall pointless -- no need to use a secondary software-based firewall when you have a dedicated piece of hardware doing the job.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
