I've also tried different CFG profiles that are successful on other client PC's. Always same result. The one thing I found that bugged me was the Windows Firewall was turned OFF. Unless you're a amateur who doesn't know better, why would you turn off Windows Firewall unless for debug purposes?? Last 3 weeks, I'm calling PC supporter now!!
