Windows 7 - Comet Incompatible?

Just set up a machine with Windows 7 Pro, 32 bit. In our building, we have the profiles on the network. When I try to run Comet, it throws up an incompatible error. We tried then setting it to run in Windows XP w/SP3 compatibility mode, and it still won't run.

My question: What do we need to do to run Comet in Windows 7 Pro with our profiles on our server?
