Need help with Draw Bit Map

I'm afraid I don't understand the arguments for Draw Bit Map.
! Printer scale is TWIPS.PER.INCH * 100 (BMR.SCALE must be set)
Print (Lun) (TR);(DrawBitMap = RectLeft, RectTop, _
RectRight, RectBottom, TWIPS.PER.INCH, TWIPS.PER.INCH, Flags);Data$

I understand the position arguments and, of course, the Data$. But I want to use the BMR.FIT.TO.RECT option. What's the significance of the ScaleX, ScaleY arguments in the Fit to case? In fact what's the meaning of the ScaleX and ScaleY in any case??
