I found the Ultra edit solution for you....

Edit the UEdit32.INI file (find it using the menu "Advanced/Configuration/Application Layout/Advanced"). The section titled [Settings] is at the end of this file. Add this line:

Extra Windows Font Height=-23

The font height must be a negative number. Any value may be used. The default is -13.

Get out of ultra edit and get back in again. The output window size will be 23. Experiment with this setting.

I found this using the UE help and searching for "font".
