Windows App Issue

Trying to run a Windows App from CometAnywhere. Here's where I run in to an issue:

This program was running fine from CometAnywhere. I updated the dll and inc files and put them in their respective places. Now, I receive a "Source file error (2): File Not Found" followed by "Unable to load DLL" and "Dialog Execution Failed". The DLL is in the same directory as the object, so I'm trying to figure out why this can't find it.

Any thoughts? This has had me head scratching for a bit, so I figured I'd let another mind(s) look at it. Thanks!
