Comet2010 on Win2008 Server

Installing Comet2010 on a Windows2008 Server. 64-bit platform, I'm installing in a Virtualized ( Hyper-V ) 32-bit Windows2008 server. I have the CometServer products running and licensing. When I install the current version of Comet2010 and launch I get a window titled "Comet Launcher" that says Run-Time error '364' Object was unloaded. Que Pasa?
