File/Print problem

One workstation at one customer started getting this problem about a month ago. They were upgraded around the 1st to 405. Maybe a coincidence.

Selecting File/Print on this workstation results in a 30 second delay before the print dialog appears. Works correctly from Windows program (Word, Outlook etc) but you get a more elaborate dialog.

PC's been AV scanned, defragged, and CometWorkstation (Network) was reinstalled.

They use pdfFactory from within Comet. It's also taking extra long for the pdfFactory dialog to appear.

Any suggestions?
