Turned on "ALL" and checked the logs. CometSrv.log grew but there was nothing I could see that didn't pertain to what the one user (everybody else is logged out or at lunch) was doing. When she was idle, the log didn't grow.
Since the server reboot they've reported that speed is normal. I'll wait until other users log in and see what the CPU % does. Meanwhile I set the logging back to default.

They had a second, maybe related complaint, and it's weird too. In their words ...
"The COMET system is experiencing a strange occurrence. Example: If Toni/Linda pull up a customer on their terminal, then chooses to exit from that account, the account will jump to another terminal, my #1 terminal.
The next thing that will happen is when I select to exit from that same account it will now jump to my #2 terminal on the pc. I will again select to exit from this same account and the account will now jump to my #3 terminal. Only once it has cycled through all three terminals will it actually allow you to EXIT completely from the account. Not sure why this is happening to me and wanted to bring this strange occurrence to your attention. I asked Toni and Linda this morning if they are experiencing this problem and they both said no, not any more. I appreciate you looking into this for me and please call me if you need clarification as to the situation."
Only seems to happen to one terminal.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
