The Comet Redirection is all correct - bullet in CometAnywhere sessions, printer is the one printer that's in the printers folder. A Normal and a Compressed font are set up for that printer. Installation has been in place forever with remote users accessing and printing in NY, LA and Dallas. I can connect with my office desktop and print properly to LC9. The NY Showroom PC and print OK to LPH. The problem occurs when trying to print to that printer through Comet Redirection when it says it's not available. I will set up shortcut to debug COSP and see what it has to say. I thought somebody may have run across this one already on a Vista installation. Thanks for the response! Tom.
