The COSP debug is a good idea.

Try changing LC9 to a "?" printer. Instead of "#". This should cause a printer dialog to open on the CAW client where the user can select the printer. I use "?" because it lets me direct the print job to pdfFactory if I want.

I'm using VistaPro and haven't had a problem like this. UAC usually pop up a dialog if you try something it doesn't like. :) Don't remember if I have a customer with CAW and Vista that does remote printing.
