Something is not right. The message you are getting is not in the current CosM32. It was in an older version that was used with the original UE interface implementation. So, we need to check the dates on some of your software:
CosM32.exe: 01/26/2010 (in your Comet folder)
CAPI, REL: 07/22/2009
Console.exe: 11/27/2009 (in your UE folder)
Also you should be using the same compile tool in UE for Comet32 that you use for Comet16 compilations. That wasn't the case originally. We had a different tool for Comet32 compilations.
