Ok, I tried what you suggested...

I open a project, manually compile (Shift-Ctrl-0) and it compiles fine.

When I try yo compile using project compile (Shift-Crtl-1) I get enn error in the CommandOutput1 tab. Looks like this:

Compiling project: H:\Y2K\PCI_Conv.Prj - 12 Files

Processing command file: PCI_Conv.IBS
CompileV2 Error: Invalid command file path - PCI_Conv.IBS
Error: Unknown error during compile: (-1)

Project file: PCI_A1A.INC skipped
Project file: PCI_I602.INC skipped
...

All my Comet files are on a Windows server and the folder is mapped locally to H:\
