The powers that be. Since we're married to MS here's some legal stuff MS has been doing that affects all of us. I'll be brief. The following have agreed with MS for litigation protection. HTC, Amazon, Novell, Linspire, TurboLinux and Xandros. Don't know 90% of these agreeing companies. Involves MS patents with Linux. Think mobile. MS has claimed 235 patent violations by Linux mobile stuff. Here's the paradox. No other company or enity is even thinking about us. If you know, WHO? Developing Comet solutions in this environment is difficult. Choosing the HTML/XML channel for I/O exclusively? I want another channel! Give me a port address.
