This might be happening on the update of the delete chain for the file. If it's happening on the read, you may find an error in your file server log. Make sure error logging is turned on (View->Properties, then check Log Messages). After the error happens, look in your CometSrv.log file which you'll find in the same folder as your Comet server exectuables. You may also see an error in the file server dialog display.
