To find the version of the security server, right click on its tray icon, then click on "Show Console". When the security server dialog comes up, click on "Help", then "About". It will show you the version number. I got your startup details, but I also need to see your Comet .ini file. It has your configuration information and will tell me how you are connecting to the security server.
