In Outlook 2003, look in "Tools/Options/Preferences/E-mail options" for the "Read all standard mail in plain text" option.
In Outlook 2007, look in "Tools/Trust Center/E-mail Security" for the option.
This could be responsible for the varying results at the recipients.
Each file can be a maximum of 1MB in length Uploaded files will be purged from the server on a regular basis.
