DB manager conversion

1) The print program, dbprint, needs some page overflow logic when a definition has lots of fields. See PDF.

2) The conversion log, which I printed but didn't save, kicked out all the Links with "Invalid Linkname" errors. I can't see what the problem is on some of them. Others appear to be errors because the destination file is not in the group of files being converted.

For this one, both files are in #FILES. "KEY.TO.DETAIL" is an expression. Maybe because "J.DETAIL.EXTD" was the next file to be converted it wasn't in #CFILES when the error was generated?

J.DETAIL
KEY.TO.DETAIL
J.DETAIL
LDETAIL.TO.EXTD

My preference is to let them go thru to #CFILES where they can be fixed.
