I found both of the following applications to work pretty well for remote support and the cost is low. Installation and access much easier than pcAnywere. Not putting in optional link url since I have two. Since I work out of three different offices with stationary workstations at each office I find it easier to grab the items I usually leave behind. I use LogMeIn.
