Hi Louisa,

You have to define your paper as DMPAPER.ENV.10 (which is 20). The same way you would for Letter vs Legal.

You may have to SET DEFINE.PAPAER.SIZES=TRUE to get the declaratives included in your code when you use 'PRINTCTL.INC'. If my memory serves me well, this is not defined by default in order to keep the declaratives smaller when not using paper and/or tray selection (DEFINE.DMPAPER.SOURCE).
