DocMgr problem

One user, so far, gets an error on the launch of a PDF she created 5 days ago. See screen shot. I did it remotely and the icons appear weird but seem to work OK.

The file can be launched from the SPL directory via Windows Explorer.

I can launch the PDF from DocMgr via CometAnywhere and at another Comet workstation.

All users have "Full" permissions to \\Comet and sub directories. I did a permissions reset with no success.
