Is this the same customer you asked me about last week with this problem? Before the launch Qspool does a CopyFile to a folder called SPL under $(CATOOLS). Maybe that's a clue? If he's getting CopyFile errors they would be listed in the CosC Startup Details. The only error you should see is Destination Error 2, which simply means that the destination file did not exist yet.
