1) You should get a QDIR.DIR and a QDIR.I00 in the directory with the file. If you didn't then start debugging there.
2) When I did this on a regular basis, my customer, whose initials are Jon Sacks, complained bitterly that I was littering his server with QDIRs.
3) Bob, you should plan to attend the October meeting in beautiful, aromatic New Jersey and meet some of these nice people. You'll learn a lot and I'll sign a note telling Richie it's a business expense.
