Using Windows 2008/Vista/Seven/XP. Started Comet on SEVEN, walked away. Had to do some code on VISTA. XP used for QSPOOL2 as drivers don't exist for GENICOM printers at VISTA/SEVEN/2008 level. Had good code day and started an USB 1.5 Tera backup from 2008 to VISTA. Backing up entire 2008 drive via cut/paste method. Went back to SEVEN and where did Comet go? Clicked on Comet and it always times out. Many attempts. CometSrv/CometSec show no log activity while trying to crank up Comet on SEVEN. Since I'm doing a backup gave up. Blaming it on the Explorer backup. So after giving up an hour ago and just surfing on SEVEN suddenly 10 dialogs appeared. Here it is:

Can't run 16-bit windows program. Cannot start more than one copy of the specified program. FYI.. 2008/VISTA/SEVEN all cranked up. XP shut-down. Don't need printing right now.
